Experience in using torrent downloads has taught me that 70% of movie torrents that comes in wmv format usually has DRM embedded in it. So i did not bother to try downloading it.

Torrent download is free but it's the DRM embedded in it. Worse is it's likely to be a fake movie after making you pay.

Assuming that the clip is real, whoever is playing this is quite skilled. Tactic similar to Edison sex pics.

Release some stills and get reaction.

If the person deny, release more stills.

Slowly but surely destroy the person's credibility and embarass to the mmex.

There is no tape. This story was fabricated by Temasek Review to once again draw more traffic to his site.

Clever move actually. Too afraid he will be held liable for slander, he creates a new email to leak the story to wanbao. Then when they publish the false story, he claims innocence and identity theft.

Either way, he got his lie out and spun another story involving himself.

Does make some sense. Good way to establish links with SPH reporters too.

I think it could be real.

That Foyce gal ever said to the press that they did it in Cape Hotel and Jack Neo knew someone working there. Jack will call up that guy and will only go if he is there.

So there are people who know what they are are doing and in which room.

Some interesting facts:

1) This still capture was of high quality.
2) The face of the man could be clearly seen (clear evidence it is PBM Jack?).
3) The face of the woman is hidden.
4) The still quality was high enough for Foyce to comment that the physical charactheristics do not match her.

The interviewer seems to have seen the high res still.
During the interview, she did not mention PBM Jack.
Instead the focus was on who the woman in the still was.

Foyce seem to give some hints that she may know who the woman is.

In a curious move, PBM Jack refused to comment and did not make a police report.

The above suggest a new hypothesis:

The video still is from a real video of PBM Jack and a as yet unidentified woman.

The reference to Foyce could be a red herring for PBM Jack to deny the clip before the person releases more stills to show that he is clearly in the clip.
