With the dry spell showing no sign of ending sg may face water crisis if this continue. Are there enough water to sustain the 5m population? So far there is no warning. Seem like the Newater and desalination plants are coping well or is water crisis looming? We already see shortage of hospital beds, school places, straining in other infra-structure like housing, road, buses and trains, water shortage will be a huge blow.

The PAP plans for the long term so don't worry about it. Have faith in your govt.

There is more than enough with the Marina Barrage and a population of 4 million.

Unfortunately, greed prevails over self respect.

THe 'sai chui', shit water, you now drink from your tap is recycled multiple times from your toilet bowl and sinks. Such is the ingenuity of the PAPies!

You think NEWwater is recycled only once? PAP wants you to eat and drink shit as often as possible. There is enough water but it is NoooooWater.

Why is the government not watering the dying plants instead paying contractors to cut grass and trees in this dry weather ?

Is this corruption ?

With New Water technology, the more people shit and urine into our pipes the better it is. Airport transit is a good waste water catchment area.
