The system here ran by the present ruling party is rotting very badly from within, the core of the 'fruit' had been rotten for decades, only recently that the 70% are beginning to smell the rot. But have they woken up...NO!.
We have one of the most proficient system in doing anything here & that is not a joke, but efficiency has slide terribly into a 'black hole' of inefficiencies.
The dormitories have set rules they have to maintain in order to fulfil the operating licences given to them & some of them lease the land from URA, URA personnel check the dorms like 'rabid' dogs everyday.
The dormitories are thermal sprayed every week & strident checks are made for cleanliness etc...& yet you have construction workers etc... the source of VIRUSES...which include VD..
Now, we have child care teachers with TB & even office workers where there is a large population of foreigners, especially those from Duetre Country..have TB....& those working with them gets latent TB...
What happened to the stringent pre-employment Medical Checkup?....like I had said, we have a very proficient system....run by very inefficient people, whose salaries is so huge they became FAT & LAZY...
