A 38-year-old woman caused a commotion at Nicoll Highway on August 15 when she decided to walk topless in the middle of a busy road.

According to The New Paper, the woman caused a traffic jam as many vehicles swerved to avoid her as she walked towards the city.

It was initially reported that the woman was "strolling calmly" but a Stomper witnessed a very different sight.

"She went around hitting motorcyclists and car windows.

"I was in the car when this lunatic started screaming and hitting on the screen.
