Adm. Michelle Howard is tapped to head U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and Allied Joint Forces Command, in Naples, Italy, according to a Thursday Defense Department announcement.

This command is joint with NATO's Joint Forces Command Naples.

TCH will drop his jaws n his pants. Being only a paper rear admirer, he can only admire her with great envy from the rear in secret. She's black she's a woman n she's 4 starred.
