i am trying to quit but finds it hard to.
Cut down first. Not easy to quit imnediately. You pang jio pang sai how many times a day? You smoke more than those 2 activities multiply by 5?
once a day but i smoke 1 to 1.5pack a day, depending on alcohol intake too. i already expect my life to be short.
I sleep around the clock :o:o:o
