SG's social media cant be any worse than USA's or UK's. The frustration of the pap MPs is mainly because they have been sheltered and only want to hear good things. They got it from MSM. But MSM is not telling the whole truth.

Social media is a useful feedback tool which complements and corrects MSM.

If PAP politicians are sincere and truthful, they need not fear social media but instead embrace them. Look at what social media has done for WP and SDP.

SDP is getting new branding because of social media. What social media is doing to pap is exactly what MSM had done to CSJ and SDP.

What pap sowed, it reaps now.

Politicians need not be frustrated. They must be able to take praises and criticisms in their stride. The trouble with pap's members is that they are too used to yes-men and are insulated from the truths. When truth hits them, they cant handle it and start to complain

He has served 2 terms for his handler, excluding the PEBE fiasco. He has deservedly earned his pension from his handler, and should retire. Maybe he should also be given shares in M1.

SDA has successfully protected Pinocchio's turf for many years preventing real opposition from contesting.

Some PAP politicians have said that they are frustrated by social media for spreading rumours and falsehoods. Where were these politicians, Ellen Lee, Sim Ann, Alvin Yeo, VB, etc when:

1. LKY called Singaporeans daft,
2. Tharman said a $1000 per mth salary man can buy a two-bedroom HDB flat and have two children
3. VB refused to increase allowance for the poor by $30 per mth?
4. PAP TCs sold software for $2 to retired pap MP?
5. LKY said SG has no poor?
6. LHL said Singaporeans commit more crimes than foreigners?
7. PAP said that increase GST is to help the poor?
8. TCJ said the aged work as cleaners because they don't want to be bored at home
etc.

Were the above true? If not why didn't Sim Ann, Ellen Lee feel frustrated by pap lies?
