This is the type we should import as foreign talent and not some chap with a fake degree from PRC,India, Pinoyland.
She graduated from UK and worked(interned) in the USA before becoming Miss Malaysia.
Its not easy to win a competition like that .Nowadays you need both talent ,education and looks.
I do not mind if all the Miss China, Miss India or Miss Philippines winners migrate to Singapore to increase our talent pool .
For that matter any graduates ( irrespective of whether they are Pinoy, PRC's, Indians ect2 ) from the top universities in the world eg Havard, Oxford,
Tokyo University should be welcome here.
But when you import a foreigner with a degree from an unknown university or worse a degree mill and call them talent and give them jobs over locals, the govt that allows( or worse facilitates that ) should be voted out double time.
