Many are shocked that subject like Program Mgmt od A Fighting Vehicle; and ISO 9000 xxxx can be PhD thesis!! Soon there will be a PhD thesis of " How to Suck Egg.."; the Art of Bluffology" may have merit, but sucking egg?

MBA from distant learning is already bad more stinko if it is PhD.
