Strategy of PRC today is to build fleet of big heavy ships against Japan Vietnam and Pinoy. 3 to 4 turbojrt engines from jet fighters are in side only to pump sea water cannons that are capable to cut your ship hauls and rapidly fill you up with water enough to sink you. And these are only classified as FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMNENTS for Peaceful Rescue Purposes.
