SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man to help with investigations into a case of theft from vehicle.
The report was made near Bedok North on Oct 23 at 6.02 pm.
He is believed to be a male in his 50s, with a medium build and orange-red hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
