SPCA Singapore has concluded its own investigation into the case of the cat which was found cut in half and abandoned on a grass patch along Marine Crescent.

  Cherie Ter SPCA, of all agencies in singapore, you are one that will at least make a better judgement call. Do your checks again, it's impossible for dogs to do this. Or is this an excuse for AVA to do more culling? Amazing how our country can blame this work on animals who are unable to defend themselves

Who are the keyboard warriors to diagnose the cause of death based on their (often limited) experience with such injuries.
