Dear The Real Singapore,

I just came across this article I found on the web. It’s about how a foreign feel working in Singapore: http://www.quora.com/What-does-it-feel-like-for-a-foreigner-to-work-in-Singapore

One wonders what contribution this foreigner and those like him has to make to Singapore. He “don’t work directly with Singaporeans for the most part”, nor “do much work for Singaporean companies”. In short, he is isolated pretty much in his expat circle, contributing nothing to Singapore.

How does this foreigner help to create jobs for Singaporeans?

Seems like he is here just to avoid taxes (see his points 1 and 2). Also contributing the breakdown of social fabric and general moral decency (see his point 8):
“My single — or at least single-in-Singapore — acquaintances tell me that it’s pretty amazingly easy to be an ex-pat and have a fulfilling and varied sex life. Singaporean men don’t get good reviews from the local women apparently, and ex-pats do.”
“Singapore is an amazing, modern and vibrant city. It tops most lists for ex-pats most years for a reason,” he concludes.
Foreigners create jobs instead of taking jobs away from Singaporeans?

Doesn’t seem like it.

'nuff said about sinkie men stuck in the well. not only do they get abused by expats, spg's, and the pap, but also sinkie men who are also stuck in the same well. sbf is a prime microcosm of what's happening in sg. :p

When Singapore was a swamp, women used to charge for a bonk. Presently, due to expanding economy, opportunities and employment and rising income, women do it for pleasure. That is the big difference. Of course, if you go to night clubs, sinkie men mostly shy shy to ask for a bonk while the white guys, everybody knows they willing to give one.

There's no need to hate on this ang moh. At least he is honest and speaks the truth.

Everyone knows there are plenty of hardcore SPGs here.

There are also those who 'don't mind being fucked by an ang moh at least once'. It is one of those to-do items on their bucket list.

This angmo is right. Most Sinkie males are eunuchs who keep voting the same party year in year out and get screwed in the backside.

Dear Douglas:

One wonders how you think!?!?

When a person goes for a job/employment, that person does it for income. experience, opportunity. If there are other "extras" that come with that job, they are perks. What contribution(s) are you expecting from this. or any other person that looks for work? If you take on a job offer in another country, is your consideration on income/salaries? Or is it to "contribute" to that country's economy and social aspects?

Cheers!

As usual, the simple peasants fooled by the rhetorics of the PAP that foreigners "contribute" to their host country and the wider society. Keep things simple. Ask what it is in for me that a foreigner works here, and the reasons will be as clear as day.

I read the article and find nothing offensive.
The guy is just saying it as it is.
Those who don't agree are in denial.
Fuck the pap if you think FTs like him is having a better life than you in Sg.

Yeah, he is right but doesn't mean we should not make his life miserable. The attack has to be two-pronged. Whack the PAP and make life miserable here for foreigners.
