Like me tell you a story:
Temasek owns XYZ. Temasek is a big shareholder of PQR. Temasek gets XYZ to buy its share of PQR at a huge premium, way above its NAV. The market moans. It's all legal transaction. Left hand buys from right hand. Willing buyer, willing seller. Temasek accrues a huge profit and the management pats itself on the back for a good investment and intends to give out a huge bonus. No real wealth was created, but money was made by Temasek at the expense of XYZ.
Is this good business policy? Many businessmen in SG know the way things are managed and played

If foreign companies are here to create jobs for locals, fine. If they are here to give jobs to their countrymen by doing kickbacks of wages, pappies should expel all these FTsh employers out of SG.
