Appeal for information on theft

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigation into a case of Theft in a store along Bishan Street 11 on 22 January 2013 at about 12pm.
The man is believed to be in his mid 20s, about 1.7m tall, of slim built and dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black sweater (with hood) over a black T-shirt with print on the front and dark coloured long pants with shoes. He was also seen carrying a sling-bag and wore a pair of spectacles with black frame.
