Drug offender gets 20 months' jail for sexual offence

A man took a 15-year-old girl he met at a public library to a hotel where she performed oral sex on him.
Muhammad Firoz Khan Mohamed Nasir, 28, had chatted the girl up at Ang Mo Kio Library on the evening of Aug 5 last year and asked if he could be her boyfriend.
She said they had just got to know each other, She said she was 16 when he asked how old she was.
He took her to the garden nearby where they kissed and hugged. He then brought her to Summer Hotel in Lorong 22 Geylang to continue their physical intimacy, the court heard on Tuesday.
After the sexual acts, they left the hotel to eat. He told her to wait in the hotel for him while he bought cigarettes at a nearby petrol kiosk.
