It is the PAP govt who built all the basketball courts in Singapore and it is only right to reserved the usage of these courts to Pinoys, who are extremely loyal and grateful to the PAP government! Stinky peasants can get the Workers' Party to build basketball courts for them! You can't have your cake and eat it!
