Appeal for information on aggressive cyclist

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the male cyclist pictured to assist with investigations into cases of assault along Changi Coast Road.
The man is believed to be in his 30s, and was last seen wearing brown cap, carrying a sling bag and cycling on a mountain bike.
Two cases of voluntarily causing hurt and one case of voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous means were reported by victims who were cycling at Changi between Dec 2011 and May this year.
The assaults were believed to have occurred due to arguments over the right of way of cyclists.
