Police are looking for the two subjects in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment in the vicinity of Bishan Street 12 on April 3 at about 1.19 am.
The woman is about 1.65m tall and was last seen wearing a floral dress with a black cardigan and carrying a sling bag.
The man, who is about 1.75m tall, was seen carrying a sling bag and wearing a light grey polo T-shirt and Bermudas.
Both were wearing motorcycle helmets.
