That is bullshit,,GRC exists to ensure PAP dominance as they can gerrymander the constituencies anytime they want. And FUCK minority representation. The majority should never pander to the needs of the minority. Look at the PAP minority MPs? with the likes of Yakult and Janil,,what good are they??
