I wonder what his last rank with the SPF? SUPT or DAC? Any of you has the answer?

According to one bro,
The irony is that Desmond was Head, Special Investigation Section of the CID when he was a DSP ( he was a Supt when he resigned to contest GE 2011 ). This unit handles all major crimes such as murders, kidnappings etc

Thank you.

With no offence to Mr. DC, my unsubstantiated comment is that if he was a SPF Overseas Scholar, being a Supt. is may be OK or average. But, conversely, one can also argue at age 32 or thereabouts, it is quite an achievement to attain the rank of a Supt.

Desmond had more sheltered working experience than broad experience. He no better than the MCYS prick in term of broad experience.

Maybe he do speak better as he need the skill to BS at the rally. I am very sure desmond can do more than ah Huat in term of upgrading but are we choosing an estate manager here or a voice in the parliament. Btw, we who stay in hougang knew the upgrading is an entitlement. It the farkers in pap who deny us our entitlement in the first place. Why should we be thankful to desmond for giving us our entitlements.

Reading the above remind me of my army days .... entitlements & privileges are different :p

Touching piece of photo. Should use it as permanent banner along Hougang street. Everyone who drive or walk pass the banner will stop and think about how some people suffered under the rain for the greater good of Singaporeans. Make a change for a while instead of having smiling face and waving hands.
