in mei ling upgraded hawker centre, u can still find the $1.50 chai tow kuay. u can ve either in white or black. white is with fish sauce and black is with dark sweet sauce. furthermore, the chai tow kuay is done in a traditional way. go check it out b4 the elderly couple calls it a day. sells from morning till nite, i think. surprisingly the price remains the same but the serving has shrunken in portion.
