The brown leaf below the fish is known as Houba - it has a nice tea like fragrance making the dish smell a little rustic, great combination

Anyone thinks that things are getting back to normal in Thailand I cannot attest to it.
Checked into this hotel last night, normally have to park very far from lobby and a buggy will come pick you to the lobby. The carpark was almost empty.
Stayed in this hotel many times morning sure noisy with kids playing in the pool downstairs and breakfast hall packed. Take a look here
