Why arent there clones when good things are said about horizon hills? Reminds me of a former grassroot pap die hard supporter that i knew who passed away last year. When i complained about pap policies, he grew extremely agitated and kept yelling at me. He was like almost 80 years old when he died. When i praise lee kuan yew, you can see his broad smile and started to belanja you all sorts of makan in the coffeeshop.
Myself and other forummers have pointed out so many things, leaks, folks has brought up issues like leaks, many defects. Bros has brought up sewerage issues, potholes as well as other things via PMs and i brought them into the open to discuss.

If what you are saying is true, why not bring it up, why only highlight the bad in HH when you have property in EL as well. Every property has its defects. I have endured all this while and definitely accept it when you raised somethig valid hence never modded your stuff until that day.

There is no property which is free from any problems. I still don't see you highlighting the negative things in EL as much as HH. Please don't talk about being fair. Anyone can just compile all you have wrote to see what the agenda is.

If this was really so bias towards HH, then all your comments could have easily been taken out, even this one.

Congratulations for the crossover. For the kids, I guess pre-planning in the start and discipline is the key, need some nagging to get things done properly...

Just ignore, he is still trying to promote his development but subtly now while putting down others. People got to make a living so if its not so blatant, i think boss Sam will leave it.

May I ask any bros & sis here ever measured the actual size of your house and verify against the dimension specifications stated on S&P.

One of my house under construction stage (75% completed) is 100mm narrower (width), I highlighted to the developer but they replied that permissible tolerance is +/-2% therefore "the deviation" is within specification!! Is +/-2% standard industrial practice, can the expertise here advise?

Note: I have taken into account the wall thickness/perimeter fencing etc.

Best to use the same bank for your loan who will hire its own staff for the valuation. Else, hire a valuation firm to be on the safe side.

You mean appoint a valuer to do on site measurement in order to determine the value of the shortage area and claim to the developer?

Yes, if the size is really much smaller as compared to all the documents they provided. If its already ready of course to be measured.

Great, kudos and thanks for helping out another. Bring him around all the areas, i would always ask my friends to buy on the assumption that one day they may live there.

It is never easy, especially for kids. Mine starting tugging at my heart strings recently. I guess for their sake, i should try to hang around longer. Yesterday wife came back and said my son kept half his ice cream (in a cup for me) as he wanted to save it for me. Problem was, it already melted by the time he came back from school. Then another time, he woke up around 4am (that day after i just finished work and fell asleep), got onto the bed and hugged me. Wife woke up later and saw it. When he comes back and doesn't see me, he will ask where i was. A few times he cried when i wasn't around.

This world is already such a crazy place but the family makes sense of all the madness at the end of the day especially when it gets so insane at times.

Hi ELer, to be fair to bros here, can you clarify and reply to their questions on some of your points? Some of the views may be a bit extreme but lets open it up for discussion.

Yeah. Agree with that. What comes it may, in the end of the day, our family is still what matters most in our heart.
