There are similar cases that I had read in the news, in both PRC & ROC.

After quarrelling with customer the On Job Training trainee casher of PRC hospital edited the name of patient on the copy of receipt printed as 张去死 aka Teo Go Hell something like that.:eek::biggrin::biggrin:

The hospital Kenna fucked for this apologised 50 times. And the trainee faced 1 year prolonged OJT which means late promotion to an employee of completed training course. And allowance of RMB$10K deduction as punishment for changing patient's name.

In ROC case a student part time lost his job at petrol station after entering FUCK on the customer's printed receipt as the Vehicle Number, I think he did it out of boredom playing with the computer and forgot to change back. Customer did not have a quarrel with him. He lost his job.:biggrin:

医院今年9月2日已对王某作出处理。

  今年8月,因和患者家属发生口角,上海一家医院的收费员将患者名字改为“张去死”。该院29日在院网站首页挂出了该事件的情况说明书。

  据介绍,2011年8月29日下午,复旦大学附属肿瘤医院财务科收费员王某与安徽患者家属孙某发生口角。事后,王某私自将患者信息调出,将患者姓名改为“张去死”。8月30日,病人家属挂号时,发现打印出的收据上姓名变成了“张去死”,与挂号员说明。挂号员立即核实,并给患者改回了原名,并重新打印挂号收据。家属于当日投诉至院长接待室。

  肿瘤医院表示,在接到投诉后高度重视,投诉科接待员立即调查,在弄清原委后向患者家属当即道歉,承诺将严肃处理该事件,并告知家属处理结果。9月1日,医院党政联席会议专门研究决定,对收费员王某按有关规定作出处理,处理内容包括将其“留院察看一年,扣罚岗位津贴一万元”、“科内深刻检讨,全院通报批评”、“留院察看期间如果发生任何违规违纪行为,立刻终止劳动合同”。

  医院方面表示,鉴于此事对家属造成了精神伤害,医院可在与家属沟通后给予一定的精神补偿。医院在9月5日联系上病患家属后,正式通报了处理结果,并再次表示歉意和慰问。

导读:12月27日,有网友在华声论坛发帖称,上海复旦大学附属肿瘤医院一收费员给癌症患者改名,在其就诊卡上将姓名篡改为“张去死”。对此,院方表示事件属实,但系收费员的私自行为,且已对其进行过相应处罚。

  该帖子称,8月29日,患者张某因患结肠癌前往复旦大学附属肿瘤医院就医,因为退费问题(医院多收了钱),与5532号收费员王某发生了争执,该收费员把患者就诊卡上的姓名改成“张去死”,患者及家属提出抗议的时候,对方却告知,这些信息已存进系统无法修改,只能重新挂号。

  网帖说,事后在家属强烈要求下,当事人王某打电话道歉,并表示愿意给予一定的经济补偿。但家属对此表示拒绝,认为自己不需要经济补偿,更需要的是对方的公开道歉。事发近4个月,家属一直没有等到满意的答复,患者张某也因遭受此次精神重创,变得沉默不语,食欲极差。

  发帖人还上传了一张“复旦大学门急诊医药费专用收据联”的照片,姓名栏赫然显示“张去死”三字。

  据复旦大学附属肿瘤医院一知情人士反映,今年8月发生的患者张某被改名为“张去死”一事属实。但其表示,改名只是王某的个人行为,而事后院方也对其进行了如下处罚:一是延长其实习期1年,二是罚款1万元赔偿对方,三是全院通报批评。

  据知情人说,病人及其家属要求得到书面道歉信,并在医院就诊大厅电子屏幕上滚动播放,院方由于担心损害院方形象,尚未出具书面道歉

编者结语:此类事件在今年屡屡发生,引起许多网友的争议,白衣天使也好,收费员也罢。在救死扶伤、缓解伤痛之地做出此事难免让人痛心。真正需要拷问的不是事件本身,而是医院服务人员的入职门槛是不是应该把道德品格与业务能力放在一个水平线上呢?让圣洁之地变的真正温暖,让患者有切实的依靠。。。

近日一则《复旦大学附属肿瘤医院竟给癌症患者改名“张去死”》的帖子,引发网友关注。发帖者“汪刚强”称,来自安徽南陵县的张强(化名)在就诊时,被医院的收费人员王竞恶意将就诊卡的姓名改为“张去死”。昨日张强的爱人孙女士说,现在想要王竞的书面道歉,并赔偿精神损失费一元。(12月29日潇湘晨报)

费用收错了,退回就是,即使闹了点不愉快,相互宽容下什么事都没了,何况错在自己?然而,就因为退费引发的一次口角,收费员竟然将张姓患者名字改成“张去死”,这是多么恶毒的诅咒啊?而且不只是就诊卡上写着,连医院的电子屏幕上也显示了,不用说当事人是个癌症患者,就是一般患者,内心受到的侮辱和伤害也可想而知。

然而,即使如此,患者及其家属要一个公开道歉都难,不但当事人不愿意,而且医院投诉科主任也不答应,而只肯拿钱解决问题,俨然一副财大气粗、用钱可以摆平一切的姿态。如今,张强夫妇再次作出让步,只要求当事人给个书面道歉赔偿一元就作罢了,“钱的多少不重要,有个认错的态度就行了。”

对这一条件,收费员及其家人倒是表示可以接受了,可医院方面却依旧表现得相当的强硬,更回应称不接受任何媒体的采访。近年来,医患纠纷频频发生,有关各方都在思考这一矛盾的症结和破解办法所在,“张去死”侮辱性改名事件,恰恰掀开了其中的“死结”,那就是医院方面对患者权益与尊严的蔑视。

反观以往有关医患事件的报道,院方往往都指称患者及其家属无理取闹,恶意滋事,就为了赔钱,因而也多采取排斥、让公安阻止甚至直接让保安队大打出手的办法,而事实上其中不乏医疗责任事故和服务态度恶劣所致,但院方总是想方设法竭力否认,甚至涂改病历、销毁证据等等。很显然,在很大程度上未必是患者家属蛮横、索钱,人都伤了甚至死了,要钱又有什么用?根子恰恰在于僵死的医疗机制下,医院普遍性、习惯性表现出傲慢、冷血和不负责任。

张强夫妇放着院方许诺的万元赔偿不要,而只要个公开的或书面的道歉和象征性的一元赔偿,无疑不但是对某些傲慢无视医院的嘲讽,更是对广大医护工作者特别是医院经营管理者的善意提醒,构建和谐医患关系,靠金钱开道不行,靠医院单方面的强势打压更不行,尽快推进制度革新,让患者权益和尊严不被侵犯和漠视才是根本。
