近日一则《复旦大学附属肿瘤医院竟给癌症患者改名“张去死”》的帖子，引发网友关注。发帖者“汪刚强”称，来自安徽南陵县的张强（化名）在就诊时，被医院的收费人员王竞恶意将就诊卡的姓名改为“张去死”。昨日张强的爱人孙女士说，现在想要王竞的书面道歉，并赔偿精神损失费一元。（12月29日潇湘晨报）

费用收错了，退回就是，即使闹了点不愉快，相互宽容下什么事都没了，何况错在自己？然而，就因为退费引发的一次口角，收费员竟然将张姓患者名字改成“张去死”，这是多么恶毒的诅咒啊？而且不只是就诊卡上写着，连医院的电子屏幕上也显示了，不用说当事人是个癌症患者，就是一般患者，内心受到的侮辱和伤害也可想而知。

然而，即使如此，患者及其家属要一个公开道歉都难，不但当事人不愿意，而且医院投诉科主任也不答应，而只肯拿钱解决问题，俨然一副财大气粗、用钱可以摆平一切的姿态。如今，张强夫妇再次作出让步，只要求当事人给个书面道歉赔偿一元就作罢了，“钱的多少不重要，有个认错的态度就行了。”

对这一条件，收费员及其家人倒是表示可以接受了，可医院方面却依旧表现得相当的强硬，更回应称不接受任何媒体的采访。近年来，医患纠纷频频发生，有关各方都在思考这一矛盾的症结和破解办法所在，“张去死”侮辱性改名事件，恰恰掀开了其中的“死结”，那就是医院方面对患者权益与尊严的蔑视。

反观以往有关医患事件的报道，院方往往都指称患者及其家属无理取闹，恶意滋事，就为了赔钱，因而也多采取排斥、让公安阻止甚至直接让保安队大打出手的办法，而事实上其中不乏医疗责任事故和服务态度恶劣所致，但院方总是想方设法竭力否认，甚至涂改病历、销毁证据等等。很显然，在很大程度上未必是患者家属蛮横、索钱，人都伤了甚至死了，要钱又有什么用？根子恰恰在于僵死的医疗机制下，医院普遍性、习惯性表现出傲慢、冷血和不负责任。

张强夫妇放着院方许诺的万元赔偿不要，而只要个公开的或书面的道歉和象征性的一元赔偿，无疑不但是对某些傲慢无视医院的嘲讽，更是对广大医护工作者特别是医院经营管理者的善意提醒，构建和谐医患关系，靠金钱开道不行，靠医院单方面的强势打压更不行，尽快推进制度革新，让患者权益和尊严不被侵犯和漠视才是根本。
