World Class Transport - Breakdown for 2 days?

We saw in the news that MRT broke down yesterday.

Then today, it broke down again at dover station.

This is indeed world class. If there is real competition, SMRT would have closed down.

it cud haf been worse ... imajin if iz whole network down whole day ...

if it is in Japan (Hokkaido) - the in-charge actually committed suicide becos the government rapped Hokkaido JR for poor svc. In SMRT, we see CEO still getting fat pay check.

talk about dedication to service. The minimum, CEO SMRT must come out to explain why....
