you are trying to break the hearts of many buyers of r&f units at PC. you are talking about a site that is not really within walking distance from Princess Cove. There is a diagram showing the four shortlisted possible location. I think you got the location of Bukit Chagar site wrong.

At that time, did you tried walking from Wadihana condo to City Square ?

Re: south facing some shoebox units in SG can easily cost more than S$700K. with this money, some Malaysians would think likewise, why are you so silly to buy a 2rm apartments :) Every people have different needs and lifestyle.

Re: south facing I think 1 bedder is a good size for retired people. what for pay extra for something you do not need ? Living on very high floor with an unblock view is priceless :)
