For Tower 1, marina view and sea view, the psf price is between RM 1318 to RM 1540. Double the price of Almas Suite!!

I heard it's not too bad. About 70% sold. Most of them are Marina view. Price starting from MYR 1317 for Marina View and Sea View. Cheapest unit about MYR 1,2m.
