Thanks for all the advices.. and no.. ts is not half dead.. but there is no way to do air exchange or ventilate from what i see.. i can try to exhaust the office air into the ceiling... then it will be shared with all other tenants.. however.. it doesnt help if the 2 corner units dun ventilate...

Thanks for all the pointers. But based on current situatlon, the best i can do is 7.5k pm passive income within 4 years. otherwise, it will have to wait another 5-8 years for us to come up with something else. if we are really thrifty, that should be enough for a family of 4? I do not...
