Racism is good. It helps me to keep a distance from ugly, useless, ignorant, unsophisticated Singaporeans.

When one says that criminal, what gender comes to your mind? Man, or Woman?

That makes you a sexist?

Cheers!

linking certain races with certain jobs is at most stereotyping.

Racism is the belief that one's race is superior in all aspects.

So even if i do manage to correctly answer these questions you posed, i dont believe i am racist.

This is correct. Only in sg by even stereotyping someone's job with a race is it called "racism" and then again it's true. Most car park wardens come from a certain race so there's nothing wrong in stating the race.

The problem is car park wardens aren't exactly a very prestigious job therefore it's considered "racism". If someone decided to stereotype and ask so what race are most football stars in singapore? Is this considered racism? Oh nope not at all. When it's a positive stereotype not "racist" at all even when it's still a stereotype.

It's also very unique in sg that negative stereotypes are only considered "racism" when it involves non chinese. Suppose someone negatively stereotypes chinese as gamblers, that's ok. In fact many non chinese do that all of the time but when it's their turn to be stereotyped negatively suddenly call it "racism" how stupid is that?

This sounds similar to the myth that Malays are good in soccer. If that is the case, why is our soccer team in such a sorry state?

For some reason if you stereotype malays as good in socccer they don't get offended but if you say it's a myth they will be pretty offended. I wonder why. In sg "racism" is a joke. Cos it's not really racist. It's just a bunch of non chinese that get super sensitive on every small thing that stereotypes them badly but yet have no problems throwing negative stereotypes on chinese ppl.

Come back to complain only if racism is as bad russian for eg where a non white person even if he's a russian can be attacked in the open just for not looking white.

Racism these days are kena misused by people.

Picture this. A Chinese guy work at a shoe shop. Let's say if he smile at an old customer who is Chinese, but did not smile at an Indian customer who is new, then the Indian customer will complain about him and say the Chinese staff is racist. Is that considered misuse of racism card?

Also if the races are switched around and if the keling is the one working at the shoe shop doesn't smile at a chinese but at another keling the chinese cannot complain of racism.

Only in uniquely sg.

True. Ah nehs are called "Mun Ka Li". Mun(smell) Ka Li (curry), derivation from cantonese. Subsequently hokkien and other dialect groups uses it.

I've always thought that Mangkali (Babu Sing) refers to the turban Sikhs. Non-turban Indians are keling kia or gaat ling gwai in Cantonese.

Of course, both groups form the larger group of 'Ah Nehs', or 'Ah-poo nenehs'.

nope it isn't but somehow saying they are delivery riders is racist. The fact that you put the economy would collapse if not for them makes it no more racist.

Yeah, many will go hungry without their contributions. Who else can deliver fast food to your doorsteps?

Malays = best in delivery.

Malays are very good at driving. Since car was invented and British colonial days, almost everyone looking for a chaffeur look for a Malay. It's not in the sense of racing like F1 or GP. They're simply naturally good at it, safe and fast enough, unlike some women who may be over cautious, hesitate, hog and cause danger. Most police patrol car driving duties are assigned to Malay officers, haven't you noticed? How often have you heard of Malay driver in traffic accident?

However, almost everyone looking for a bodyguard look for a Chinese, never a Malay. Have you heard of Malay bodyguard before?
