Is your unit near to Phase 8 side or Clubhouse side? I haven't receive mine yet(Heng Ah!). Heard that they might release slowly in batches of maybe 2-3 rows each time.
I also heng ah cos mine still slowly doing, most likely last few units. Just take their own time to finish it.

UEM is paying us monthly rental(current market price) for their delay, no complain from me. I really hope they take another few years for just mine. I bought my Phase 7 quite late actually(Oct 2010 when others couldn't get their loans and backed out). I wonder how early were the first few buyers of Phase 7? Those few buyers really 'heng ka lao sai'!

Actually I don't have much cash to spare, that's why hoping for delay as UEM will pay us rent calculated on a daily basis(although they don't pay us until VP). Now that I've to take Vacant Possession, I have to fork out around RM100k to make both rentable, and the rent from UEM officially ceased!
Have you started paying installment or just the interest? I'm paying interest monthly.

If I remember correctly, there should be 8 rows in Phase 7, so 5th row from Clubhouse should be further away from Clubhouse and nearer to Phase 8.

Finally see, touch and feel my phase 7 house. Workmanship not to my expectation for a high end house. I dont have any baseline because never bought a upper end house.
