The problem is that they did not mention these criteria and there are assholes out there who reproduce like rabbits and then wait for the garment to help there.

The recent classic case was that Chinese couple (who earn less than $2k) with 7 kids that was featured in the paper. There was also this retarded looking looking cleaner who earn only $600+ but have 3 kids.

I think there are no more cheap milk powders these days. Gone are the days of Nespray, Dumex, KLIM etc. Nowadays every baby milk formula is chemically-enhanced (taurine! without it your baby can't score in exams! ) and highly expensive.

agree, me still believe breast milk is best for the baby, for as long as the child can suckle.
hand-me-downs are the best clothes for the infant to build up their immunity.
fair play with other children in the playground is much better than any Eton play group.
climbing trees and picking up fights are part and parcels of survival skills.
then hor, cheapo guni hoon also not cheap these days, MOE changing textbooks like nobody's business, uniforms also increase price, ask kids come home for lunch they say got CCA, school tuck shop also need 2 bucks for a simple meal, bus concession also fare hike... pai tarn ah...
